Hey there! My name is Liz and I’m a certified life and mindset coach with motivation and empowerment flair!
I’ve been through some things that were meant to break me which is why my mission is to help someone in the midst of a struggle free themselves from the chains that are keeping them from achieving their highest quality of happiness in life and in love.
From being a teen parent to years of living in a physically, emotionally and verbally abusive relationship, I overcame the visible odds.
What I didn’t recognize was that my personal and professional successes were stagnated from the invisible damage that kept me withdrawn from my family, friends and myself.
New York born and bred, I moved to North Carolina to slow down and smell the fragrances of life that I have missed. An action that required me to look past my fear and remove myself and my children from a toxic situation.
That was the one of my scariest but best decisions ever made. Maybe packing only those items that will fit in your truck and moving 9 hours away from the place that had always been your home, like I did, is not your best solution but getting over the fear that is keeping you grounded is. We can talk about that.
I started blogging as a way to interact with the world and debunk the introvert label that had been set upon me. Introverts are awesome but while I may be cut from the same cloth, I felt like something was missing from my fabric.
I have come to believe that years of enduring a repetitive toxic life experience is the reason I found such an overwhelming dose of comfort from an inward cell.
An experience that played an integral part in the founding of Life Lessons & Love Sessions and fueled my desire to inspire and encourage people who feel trapped and confused in life and love.
Experience has led me to believe that self-love is underrated and underutilized and family values have decreased, significantly.
I believe that dating is a necessity, even after marriage AND children. Yes, it’s possible!
I believe that men and women have their own roles that they have to show up for in order for a relationship to be successful.
I believe communication is an art form that everyone needs to navigate life, love, and everything in between.
Lastly, I believe that you were not meant to be boxed and shelved because someone else undervalued your potential and tried to erase your dreams.
My goal is to encourage the selfprenuer in you to be empowered to kick fear to the curb and seek out healthier, happier and more rewarding life experiences and relationships starting with yourself!
I want to see you put it all into perspective to choose what’s best for you. I want to see you wave goodbye to the guilty feelings of putting yourself first and the excuses of not having enough time. I want you to understand that you are your only limit.
Best regards,
